Privacy policy
Trevor Assistant is a personal assistant operated by Trevor Hickey. This policy describes its current Google Calendar and Telegram integration.
Information accessed
After authorization, the assistant can read information available through connected Google calendars, including calendar names, event titles, dates and times, descriptions, locations, meeting links, and attendance responses. Google’s read-only Calendar permission can allow access to calendars beyond the two used by the current morning brief.
The current brief uses Trevor’s personal and work calendars. Telegram integration uses the bot credential and a verified private chat identifier to deliver messages. A chat-discovery check may access messages sent to the bot to identify or confirm the intended recipient.
How information is used
Calendar information is used to prepare daily schedule summaries, include meeting details, and flag overlapping events. Telegram chat information is used to verify and deliver those summaries to the intended private chat. The current calendar integration does not use Google data to train artificial intelligence models.
Storage and retention
The assistant runs on Trevor’s privately managed server. Connection credentials and workflow configuration are stored there. Calendar information may also be retained in workflow execution records, server backups, and delivered Telegram messages. Retention depends on the settings of those systems; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
Sharing and service providers
Google supplies authorized calendar information. Selected event details are sent to Telegram when a brief is delivered; Telegram handles those messages under its own terms and privacy policy. Anyone with access to the recipient’s Telegram account or devices may be able to view delivered briefs.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or made public on this website. Transfers of Google data are limited to providing the requested assistant features, or where required by law. Trevor Assistant’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
This public website
This website provides information only. It has no sign-in, contact form, calendar connection, or calendar display. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and secure the website. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in these pages.
Your choices
Google access can be revoked through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove previously delivered messages or backups. Trevor can disable the workflow and delete retained execution records or messages separately. Contact the operator to request assistance with access or deletion.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the assistant’s data practices change. Planned email or other integrations are not part of this policy’s current scope. Questions can be sent to trevorhickey5@gmail.com.
